AYUSH MUTHA · AI AUTOMATION ENGINEER · INDIA

Your business runs on a few hundred small tasks a day. I make them run themselves.

Not a chatbot vendor. I design, build and run the pipelines behind your leads, invoices and follow-ups, engineered for how Indian SMBs actually operate.

01 / THE PROBLEM

It’s 11pm.
You’re still replying.

New enquiries, missed calls, WhatsApp messages piling up. Quotes promised “tonight”. Invoices pending. Follow-ups you’ll “do tomorrow”. Every one of these floating points is a task your business created today. And every one of them is waiting on you.

STATION 00 / INTAKE

The Workflow Audit

Before anything is automated, everything is mapped. I sit inside your operation: where enquiries land, who types what into which sheet, where money leaks. You get a map of your workflows and the three automations with the highest ROI.

If nothing is worth automating, I’ll tell you that too.

EVERY ENGAGEMENT STARTS HERE

AFTER THE AUDIT, THE PIPELINE FORKS

Two lines. Your call.

STATION 01A / FRONT OF HOUSE

The Lead Engine

Every enquiry answered in seconds, qualified with the questions you’d ask, quoted from your price list, followed up until it closes or dies. You stay in the loop, never in the way.

This is not a chatbot with your logo on it. It’s a qualification pipeline.

STATION 01B / BACK OF HOUSE

Back-Office Autopilot

Invoices raised and chased, payments reconciled, the day’s numbers on your phone by 9pm. The data entry between your tools (Sheets, Tally, your CRM) stops being a person’s job.

Run one line, or both. They’re built to converge.

STATION 02 / THE CORE

Custom AI Agents

Where both lines converge. Agents trained on your business, your catalogue, your policies, your history, doing judgment work: triaging support, processing documents, answering the questions only your best employee could.

This is the tier beyond automation: delegation.

02 / THE RESULT

This is your business
at 11pm. Now.

Same tasks. Same volume. Nobody typing.

03 / LIVE RUN

Watch one enquiry get handled.

Left: what your customer sees. Right: what the machine did for you. Nobody at your business typed a thing.

04 / PROCESS

How an engagement runs.

  1. WK 1

    Audit

I map your workflows end to end and hand you a ranked list of automations with expected ROI. Fixed scope, fixed fee. The map is yours either way.

  2. WK 2–3

    First machine

One workflow, fixed price quoted at the audit, live in about two weeks. Usually the fastest bleed the audit found: enquiry replies, follow-ups or invoice chasing. It runs alongside your team on real work until you trust it.

  3. THEN

    Scale

Once the first machine earns its keep, we extend: the lead engine, the back-office autopilot, eventually custom agents. Each addition is scoped and priced from what the last one proved, never on faith.

  4. ONGOING

    Run

Pipelines are monitored, maintained and improved on retainer. When your process changes, the machine changes with it. You own everything I build.

05 / IN PRACTICE

What this looks like deployed.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS · REPRESENTATIVE OF TYPICAL BUILDS, NOT NAMED CLIENTS.

DISTRIBUTOR · B2B

Enquiry to quote: 6 hours → 40 seconds

Every customer enquiry qualified automatically the moment it lands, quotes generated from the live price list, owner pinged only for exceptions. Night enquiries stopped dying by morning.

SERVICES FIRM · 12 STAFF

Document intake without the intake desk

Client documents received on WhatsApp and email, classified, filed and logged with a checklist of what’s still missing, chased automatically until complete.

D2C BRAND · ~900 ORDERS/MO

The 9pm numbers, without the 9pm person

Orders, returns, payouts and ad spend reconciled across Shopify, Razorpay and Sheets into one end-of-day report the founder actually reads.

06 / THE ENGINEER

One engineer.
No account managers.

I’m Ayush. When you call, the person who answers is the person who designed your pipeline, wrote it, and watches it run. No handoffs, no ticket queue, no “let me check with the tech team”. I am the tech team.

I take on three builds a month, deliberately. Automation done properly needs someone inside your operation, not a vendor outside it.

07 / FIT

This works best when it fits.

BUILT FOR YOU IF

  • You run a trading, manufacturing, distribution, D2C or services business, roughly 5 to 200 people.
  • Enquiries, follow-ups or invoices regularly slip because everyone is busy doing them by hand.
  • Your operation lives in WhatsApp, Sheets, Tally, Zoho or a CRM nobody fully updates.
  • You want your evenings back more than you want a shiny dashboard.

NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You want a ₹5,000 chatbot with your logo on it. Plenty of vendors will sell you one.
  • You're looking for a mobile app or a website build. That's a different trade.
  • Your process changes completely every week. Automation needs something stable to stand on.
  • You expect software to fix a process nobody in the business can describe. The audit will find this out fast. That's what it's for.

08 / QUESTIONS OWNERS ACTUALLY ASK

Before you message me.

What does this cost?+

The audit is a fixed, known fee: you'll have the number before we start. Every build after that is scoped and priced from the audit's findings, so you approve a specific pipeline with a specific price and a specific payback logic. Nothing open-ended, no surprise retainers.

Will it break when my process changes?+

Processes change. That's exactly why pipelines run on a maintenance retainer with monitoring. When you add a product line, change a price list or move CRMs, the machine is updated with the process. If something fails at 2am, I know before you do.

Do I have to change the tools my team uses?+

No. The entire point is building around what already works for you: WhatsApp, Sheets, Tally, Zoho, Razorpay, your existing CRM. Your team keeps working where they work; the automation does the ferrying between tools that a person used to do.

Is my business data safe?+

Your data stays in your accounts. I build inside your systems, with access you grant and can revoke. Credentials are stored in your infrastructure, not mine. I sign an NDA before the audit as standard, and you own every pipeline, account and document I create.

How is this different from the WhatsApp-bot vendors calling me?+

A template bot answers messages. A pipeline runs a process: it qualifies the lead the way you would, prices from your live price list, updates your CRM, chases the follow-up and knows when to hand over to a human. One is a canned reply; the other is an employee-shaped piece of engineering. That's also why I start with an audit instead of a demo.

What if I'm not ready to automate everything?+

You don't start with everything. You start with one workflow: the first machine, fixed price, live in about two weeks. It runs alongside your team until it has earned its keep, and everything after that is scoped from what it proved. Nobody signs up for a "digital transformation" here.

How fast do I see something working?+

The audit takes about a week. The first pipeline is typically live within 2 to 4 weeks after that. It runs alongside your team on real enquiries before it replaces anything, so you watch it prove itself before you rely on it.

09 / START

Start with the audit.

A 20-minute call. You describe how work moves through your business; I tell you what I’d automate first and what it’s worth. No deck, no pitch.

REPLIES PERSONALLY. USUALLY THE SAME DAY. THREE BUILDS A MONTH; AUDITS ALWAYS OPEN.

OR TYPE IT HERE. THE MACHINE ROUTES IT.

ROUTED BY THE SAME KIND OF MACHINE I BUILD. NOTHING IS STORED.
