What does it cost?+

The pilot has a fixed fee, quoted before it starts, and it is refundable if the measurement misses the threshold you set. If you then want the system built, that is a one-time fee quoted from what the pilot found — a real number against a real volume, not an estimate. After that there is nothing monthly from me. The only ongoing cost is the AI provider's own charge on your own key, which on the last build was about 20 paise a document.

What happens if it misses the threshold?+

You pay nothing for the pilot and you keep the report. That is the whole point of doing it this way. You will have a measured accuracy figure for your document type, which is useful to you whether or not you ever build anything — not least the next time somebody tries to sell you the same thing without one.

Does my team have to change the software they use?+

No. It produces the sheet or the file your existing software already takes in. Your team keeps working where they work; what disappears is the typing in between. If your software imports a particular layout, that layout is what comes out.

Where does my data sit, and my clients' data?+

On your machine, or inside your own cloud account. Not on mine. You hold the AI provider key, so that relationship is directly between you and them, on a paid tier with no training on your data and no retention — never a free consumer tier. I sign an NDA before the pilot as standard. For the pilot itself, send redacted copies if you prefer; the measurement works the same.

Who am I dealing with?+

Ayush Mutha, Mumbai. One engineer, no account manager and no sales team — the person who answers the phone is the person who writes the code and runs the measurement. Ex-investment-banking analyst, which is mostly relevant in that I have spent a lot of time checking other people's numbers by hand. I take on a small number of builds at a time, deliberately.
